Requena brings ‘The Great Summer Party’ to L’Umbracle on 23 July

The programme of activities for Requena Spanish Wine City 2026 continues at a steady pace. The next stop will take place on the afternoon of 23 July in Valencia, where L’Umbracle will host ‘The Great Summer Party’, an event bringing together wine, gastronomy and music to continue introducing the public to the essence of Requena.

The event will have all the ingredients needed for Requena Spanish Wine City 2026 to shine as it deserves. The stands will be occupied by wineries showcasing wines and cavas from Requena, as well as highly representative local organisations. The gastronomic offering will combine the flavours of Requena with gourmet products that will make the evening a unique experience. All of this will be accompanied by music, with one of the venue’s DJs providing the soundtrack for the night.

The event will operate with a ticket system. Priced at €15, admission will include four drink tastings. Food can be purchased separately at each of the stands. From traditional bites from Requena to oysters, cured delicacies and other specialities, the gastronomic offering is sure to delight attendees. The aim is for Requena to shine as it deserves. For glasses to be filled with outstanding red, white and rosé wines, as well as high-quality cavas. For their aromas to captivate those in attendance and their flavours to win them over forever.
